We launched Exagrow Consulting to improve the experience of the people in the trenches—the ones clicking away on the computer all day long. We create well-designed systems and user interfaces that help businesses succeed. We love getting to the root of an issue, seeing the impact not only in streamlined business processes but also in the voices of the people grateful for the backup, the ones who work with the tools and processes every day.
In addition to impacting the technical and interpersonal spheres of work, Exagrow aims to drive genuine quality-of-life improvement around the world. Ten percent of all profits go straight to international charities that equip individuals and communities to bring their own genius to bear, right where they are. What's more, the organizations we partner with cast vision to the people they serve, offering training in entrepreneurship and empowering people to drive positive impact in their spheres of influence. Andrew has always had a knack for understanding computers—and an insatiable wondering at why they are notoriously hard to use! With a master’s in Engineering and Human Factors, a wheelbarrow full of Princess Bride quotes, and a love for integrating details and the big picture, he aims to make the computerized processes of the world more fun and efficient, one spreadsheet at a time.

Brad loves to have answers at his fingertips. Spreadsheets and dashboards are his tools of trade, honed by 15 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. Brad smartly designs data entry and automates performance analytics and insights. He prides himself on building things better, stronger, and faster with the future in mind, as his solutions are modular and last for years to come. From basic budgets and to-do lists to weather, taxes, or full reporting suites, Brad is a spreadsheet wizard at your service!

Jeff has been working in the finance industry for 10 years and is struck by the consistent applicability of spreadsheets to speed up daily operations.
